Spacious living areas, sunlit bedrooms, custom kitchens, ensuites and study areas. Floor Plans can be custom designed to fit on your block of land, you can make the end of your home the front with some small changes to windows eaves and gables which will give your new home great street appeal. You can also mirror image your plans from end to end or front to back and corner to corner. This gives enormous flexibility from a single plan when working on the aspect of your home.
Construction
All our homes are constructed at our Shepparton Factory and then transported to your land. This gives us the advantage of having all our trades people on site for the duration of the construction, no waiting for Builders, Plasterers, Plumbers or Electricians to get to the job done, as they are all here and work efficiently with each other. No waiting for materials as they are all delivered to the factory ready for each stage of your home construction. A strict timing calendar keeps your home construction on time, and with our strict supervision and project management, our quality is second to none. We only use qualified trades people so you can be assured you are getting the best. All our homes are constructed using traditional framing methods, couple this with our steel web chassis under floor system and you have a home for life. Guaranteed by Neatline Homes and through Home Owners Warranty Insurance. Construction takes approximately ten to fourteen weeks depending on the size of your home, and we invite you to our factory so that you can view your new home at each stage of the construction process.

You can mix and match with the help of our colour and décor consultant until you have just what you want. Laminex and kitchen styles, bathrooms and tile finishes, carpets, curtains and drapes, classic or modern styling we can help you get the best look and feel for your new home. For the exterior you can choose from a range of colours in maintenance free Vinyl Weatherboard or Render finishes, select from different profiles in HardiPlank, Colorbond Roofing and matching Colorbond Window finishes. Its the little things that matter, so at Neatline Homes we include lots of those little things in the price as standard fixtures, IXL Tastics in the ensuite and bathrooms, vanity lights above the mirrors, exhaust fans in the toilets, carpets, tiles and drapes even light shades in the walk-in robes. Frequently Asked Questions
Are the homes insulated? Yes, all of our homes have a fibreglass blanket through the ceilings and fibreglass batts in all exterior walls. Our homes meet the Australian Building Standards for energy ratings for Transportable Homes. Are the homes wired, and is the plumbing done? Yes, all of the homes are completely plumbed to the outside walls and under the floor to 50mm ready for connection to the meter box. Your onsite electrician may have to connect the hot water service if you have chosen electric hot water and your plumber will need to connect the water. Ceiling fans are wired but not hung as they would damage during transport, your electrician will need to hang them to the already mounted brackets and connect the wiring. Are the drapes or blinds included in the base price of my new home? Yes, all homes come with vertical drapes or slimline blinds as standard. You can select from our décor centre if you would like custom curtains and drapes. Your standard drapes will then be credited, and your custom selection will then be charged back so you only pay the difference. How much does it cost to transport my new home to our land? Freight costs are included in the base cost of your new home up to 100Kms from the Shepparton factory. If your location is beyond that we will quote the additional Kms for you. Do I get floor coverings as standard? Yes, a range of floor coverings are available, the quality is well above the standard builders range for you to choose from, and more exclusive carpets such as Stainmaster Carpets and tiles are also available, Its your choice. Do I have to get all the building permits and soil tests organised myself? No, we do the consultation for building permits and soil tests and follow these through the system until approval. This is included in the price of your new home. The only Permits that you have to obtain are your Planning Permit and your Septic Permit if applicable, these Permits are at your expense. Can I inspect my new home as its being built? Yes, we encourage all our customers to inspect the progress of their new home step by step. How long will it take to build my new home? Depending on the size of your home, construction takes approximately ten to fourteen weeks once all of the permits have been received by Neatline Homes. Site works can delay occupancy depending on verandahs, decks and other special order features. Are verandahs included as standard? Verandah, deck or porch areas are standard where they are marked Included on your floor plans. All other verandahs and decks are custom made for your home by order, and are at an additional cost to the base price of your new home. Are the homes treated against white ants or termites? It is up to the individual owner to have the home treated for white ants. We recommend that you wait until the home is on site and any work that needs to be done under the home is completed, then treat the underneath and ground area, the ground will not be disturbed after treatment and will therefore be more effective. We recommend like all homes, that you have your property checked for pests on an annual basis. Foundation Maintenance. We recommend that you do not place gardens against your new home, as continual watering of the garden may effect your foundations. Concrete or paved paths around the home will help protect your foundations and the effectiveness of white ant protection.
