What is your expected build time?
Once contracts are signed, 14-18 weeks, pending Building Permit Approval.
Is double glazing a standard inclusion?
Yes, double glazing to all sliding doors and windows is included in our base prices. For a full list of our inclusions click here.
Are travel costs included within the price of your homes?
Up to 100 km of travel from our work site is included within our prices. Travel prices for any distance further than 100 km are calculated on an individual basis.
Where do you transport too?
We transport all throughout Victoria and New South Wales.
Can I alter a floor plan?
Yes, our floor plans can be fully customized to suit your needs. We are also able to work off client's own custom designs.
